Warmup: 1 min other exercises
- Running (5 min)
- Neck Rotations
- Trunk Twists
- Hip Twists
- Knee Circles
- Socket Stretch
- Sitting Hamstring Stretch
- Horse Stretch
- Full Split Side
- Full Split Front
- Hip Circles
- Hip Twists
Stretching for Higher Kicks: (30 Sec Each Exercise)
- Standing Quad Stretch
- Squating Single Leg Hamstring Stretch All Directions (Also Referred as "cossack squats")
- Socket Stretch (Rear Foot Toe and Flat)
- Hurdelers Stretch All Directions
- Full Side Splits but Don't Sit
- Full Front Splits but Don't Sit
- Pro Tip: If you did heavy stretch any day then the next day go with light dynamic stretch and drink plenty of water.
- Sit Full Side Splits and Go All Directions 30 sec each
- Butterfly Stretch All Variations
- Finish Stretching with Some Hips Rotations and Dynamic Stretch
